Why You Should Bury Your Downspouts
A roof sheds hundreds of gallons in one storm. If your downspouts dump it right at the foundation, that's the worst possible place for it.
The problem with surface downspouts
Water pools at the slab, soaks the clay, erodes beds, and finds its way into garages and low side yards.
The fix
We bury drain lines from each downspout and carry the water out to pop-up emitters or the street — often tied into a French drain. It's one of the cheapest, highest-impact ways to protect your foundation.
